DICE-UG: Introduction to Informatics Computing

How to get help with Informatics computing

We hope that computing.help.inf.ed.ac.uk will answer most of your questions, but when you need to contact us for computing help, here's how to do it:

• Fill in this online form. Your message will go into a ticket system, and we will reply via email.
• If you need to speak to us in person you can find us in Room 2.07 in the Informatics Forum.
• Chat with us. In Teams, click Chat then search for user infhelp. We're there 10:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday. To find Teams, login to Office 365, click the nine dots at the top left, then click Teams.
