Week-9: Tuesday, 19th March & Thursday, 21st March
Week-9 of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project course will mainly serve as an opportunity to introduce the students to the teaching framework and expectations for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project course as organised by Dr Ndali Liita Naukushu Cairney. In Week-1, students will also be introduced to the main readings required for the EIP course.

Guest Lecture from Rockstar Games: Roberta & PR Person that She Recommended: Also Put RockStar Games Earlier in the Semester, when there is a focus on Intellectual Property: RockStar Creator.? But RockStar Games Also Makes Sense Here in Week 9 to Precede 4J Studios. Roberta is an Alumnus of the University of Edinburgh.

- What kind of relationships do the student entrepreneurs want to have with the social and natural world at large?
- The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project seeks to show students that even though they May show them how to view themselves as Technology Entrepreneurs, the same Quantitative skills that make them technologically inventive, can also be skilfully applied towards being an employee that financially manages a company through understanding and engaging with its financial statements.

Supply Chain Management as a Business Plan:
- What happens to the company finances when business processes and sales do not flow as had been projected in the financial statements?
- What kind of relationships do student founders want to have with their intended customers?
- What kind of relationships do the student entrepreneurs want to have with the social and natural world at large?
- During Week 5 and Week 6, students will be allowed to work on their business plans for over a period of 8 Hours, broken down into two Tuesday Afternoons, and Two Thursday Mornings, Over a Period of Two weeks.
- The Students Will be Closely Guided on How to Simultaneously work on A Business Plan Narrative and associated Financial Profit and Loss Statements. So that the two outputs tell a coherent and compelling story.
- The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project students that even though they May view themselves as Technology Entrepreneurs, the same Quantitative skills that make them technologically inventive, can also be skilfully applied towards managing a company through understanding and engaging with its financial statements.

- Students practice blog-posts in class
- Students Review & Discuss Disciplined Entrepreneurship Website/Structure
- Debate 1-on-1 Interview with RockStar Games Head of Intellectual Property
- In-Class Self-Guided Innovation with TinkerCAD
- In-Class Self-Guided Innovation with ArcGIS
- Teams will be required to use University of Edinburgh Video-Making Resources in order to further work on a Video that serves as Customer/Investor Pitch & Demonstrates the Social Choice of their Business Models.
- Through their Draft Video Pitches, students also need to demonstrate how they will be Selling High Quality Products.
