Week 3: Design Requirements Gathering
Gathering design requirements is usually the first step in any design process after the realization that something needs to be changed, or that a problem needs to be addressed.
Design requirements gathering includes:
- Understanding the problem
- What the people we are designing for need
- Understanding how a potential design solution can actually make a change and/or address the problem.
We will discuss different methods that can be used to gather design requirements, how these are applied, and their pros and cons.
